I have a cosy therapy room on the high street in Ingatestone, Essex. There is a car park opposite and my therapy room is a 10-minute walk from a mainline train station.

Online sessions are just as effective as in person, but here are a few things you need to consider: 

  • Find a comfortable, quiet place without any distractions 

  • Have a device that has a reliable internet connection 

  • All electronics should be turned off, or on do not disturb mode 

  • Make sure you are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
